Cascade

You get one tile at a time and pick which of the five columns to drop it in. Any two matching tiles that end up touching merge into one tile of double the value, and then everything above them falls, which can land on another match, which merges, which drops again. Set up the board right and one tile clears half of it.

A new row keeps pushing up from the bottom; the blue bar under the board tells you when. You lose when the stack reaches the top, so it's a race between how fast you can merge and how fast the floor rises.

Merges of 32 and up pay coins, chains pay more. Coins unlock 12 characters and XP unlocks four board themes: Ocean, Candy, Forest and Ember. Runs are a few minutes and it saves your best score.

Controls: tap or click a column to drop the tile shown under NEXT, or press 1 to 5. Sound, music and screen shake each have an off switch in Settings.
